Pulped Natural Processing
The pulped natural process is relatively new to the coffee industry. The finished coffee will have characteristics
of both wet processed and dry processed coffee.
Like wet processed coffee the cherry is pulped to remove the skin and some
of the pulp. From here the pulped coffee is not fermented to remove the remaining pulp but
is laid out to sun dry with the pulp still attached.
After drying the coffee is milled to removes the dried pulp and the parchment. The finished green bean is now ready for storage or shipment.
