This Toraja coffee from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi is a rare find. The Toraja growing region located high in the Sesean Mountains is remote, mysterious and relatively unchanged. The coffee is mellow and known for its high body, low acidity, spice, sweetness and very mellow aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
